A non-Vinyasa based class practiced in a heated room focusing on bringing peace to the mind & body. A mixture of Hatha yoga postures and Pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) will be covered. Some asanas are held for longer period of time with the purpose of building strength. The heats adds to physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. Little experience required. No full inversion postures are done in this class.
