Twist & bend is a fun and yet challenging class for some students. This is a class which will be focusing mainly on twisting and back bending asana. It will allow the student to explore and deepen the common poses taught in a regular class. It uses the heat to ease the stiffness and tightness of the muscles on our body which will minimize the strain and injury as well as allow the practitioner to have a better transition in between poses when the body softens and elasticity on the muscle have improved. This class will be conducted in both regular and hot environments.
