Eye Excercises

Do eyes require exercises? Once a doctor told me that no matter how much I exercise my eyes, it wouldn't help the cause unless I take a good diet. Having said that, there are a lot of eye exercises and hard to believe they are ineffective. What do you think?




Eyes aren't your thighs. Doctors usually disapprove of any eye exercise.

Yoga can help in taking care of the eyes, but a balanced diet is the key. What the doctor said is genrally true for the body as well. If one does not eat right, no exercise is going to help stay in shape.
