4. Use UV protection sunglasses when you step out in the sun.
5. Avoid sitting in front of the computer for long hours. This may lead to dry eyes and strain.
6. Never read in dim light. This may cause permanent damage to your eyes.
7. Avoid looking at the bright light, like sun, as it can damage your eyes permanently.
